2. Scope

These terms apply to the online purchase of investment gold and silver — bars and coins — through this website.

We do not sell jewelry, and we do not offer jewelry manufacturing, repair or maintenance services.

Currency exchange carried out at our branches is not covered by these terms and is governed by separate regulations on exchange operations.

3. Use of the website

To order through this website you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

The content of this site — prices, educational articles and the automated assistant's answers — is informational only and does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice. Investing in precious metals carries a risk of loss of value. You make the purchase decision independently, seeking professional advice where appropriate.

• Automated content extraction (scraping), bots and bulk data collection are prohibited.
• Attempting unauthorised access, security testing or circumventing protections is prohibited.
• Misrepresenting your identity or using another person's data when ordering is prohibited.
• Any activity that disrupts or overloads the website is prohibited.

4. Prices

The price of a product is calculated from the current market price of the precious metal, the weight of the product, the seller's margin and the middle exchange rate of the euro. Prices therefore change during the day, following movements on the world market.

All prices are shown in dinars (RSD). Any amount shown in euros is informational and converted at the seller's rate.

The supply of investment gold is exempt from VAT under the Value Added Tax Act. The seller keeps the prescribed records of investment gold transactions, including buyer identification data.

5. Ordering and conclusion of contract

The ordering process involves two separate deadlines, and the difference matters.

First deadline — price validity while ordering. When you add products to the basket, the price is locked for 5 minutes and does not change during that time, regardless of market movements. The remaining time is displayed on the page. If it expires before you confirm, you are shown the new price and can only confirm after accepting it.

Confirming the order fixes the price on that order permanently. It does not change even if the metal price subsequently rises or falls.

Second deadline — payment. After the order is confirmed, payment must be made within 10 minutes. Orders not paid within that period may be cancelled by the seller, who will notify you.

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order. The seller may decline an order, in particular where the product is unavailable or the buyer's details are incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Payment

At this stage payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to the seller's account. The payment details — account number, amount and payment reference — are provided with the order confirmation.

To comply with the law on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, and with the regulations on trade in investment gold, the seller collects and verifies the buyer's identification data. The seller may refuse to conclude or perform the sale if the buyer declines to provide the required data or if the data provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Delivery and collection

You may collect the goods in person at the branch you select, free of charge, or order delivery to an address.

Delivery is charged according to the courier service’s applicable price list, unless the website expressly states otherwise (for example, free delivery above a given order value). The exact delivery cost is shown in the cart before the order is confirmed and is stated on the order itself.

Delivery of investment gold and silver additionally includes shipment insurance of 1% of the value of the goods ordered, except where delivery is free. The insurance amount is shown before the order is confirmed and is stated on the order itself.

The delivery method and timeframe are agreed with the buyer while the order is processed.

Goods are released or dispatched only after payment has been recorded on the seller's account.

The buyer must present a valid identity document when collecting the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal

In distance contracts a consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

That right does not exist, however, for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period. The Serbian Consumer Protection Act sets out this exception in Article 36(1)(2).

The price of investment gold and silver depends entirely on precious metal prices on the world market. For that reason the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract and no right to return these products once the order has been confirmed.

This exception does not affect the buyer's rights in respect of goods not conforming to the contract, described in the following section.

9. Conformity and complaints

The seller is liable for a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract for two years from the date the risk passes to the consumer.

You may submit a complaint at any branch, by telephone or electronically, together with the receipt or other proof of purchase.

• The seller issues written or electronic confirmation of receipt of the complaint, with the reference number under which it is recorded.
• The seller replies to the complaint within 8 days of receipt at the latest.
• The deadline for resolving a complaint may not exceed 15 days from the date it was submitted.
• That deadline may be extended only once, and only with the consumer's prior consent.

10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The consumer has the right to resolve a dispute with the seller out of court, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, before a body listed in the register kept by the competent ministry. The procedure is initiated by a proposal and must be concluded within 90 days.

Initiating that procedure does not exclude the consumer's right to judicial protection.

11. Personal data

The data you enter when ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on this website.

12. Amendments, governing law and language

The seller may amend these terms. The version in force at the time the order is submitted applies to the concluded contract.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes not settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad.
